The discovery of the only natural bay on the beautiful emerald green isle of Koh Samui presented a conundrum. Who could we entrust to design Naissance Marina & Villas with empathy for the outstanding location?

Seeking an architect with the feeling, passion, exceptional design skills and a love of Samui's natural beauty wasn't difficult. Habitat 5 and Walter Wagner rose to the task with alacrity. Along with PJC Wood this concert of talent has given birth to a symphony of harmonies and chords singing the praises of fabulous design and construction, all with Mother Natures consent.

These are no empty claims - Naissance Villas & Marina master plan layout has been re-evaluated and significantly re-designed 5 times(!) in order to find that very right balance of elements, to preserve and emphasise the amazing harmony of the location. Himalayan Slate, Indian Iron wood, Italian marbles, Greek tiles sought from the four corners of the world to ensure a genuine uniqueness.

Similarly unique to us are costly efforts to track around the world carefully selecting finishing materials that will ensure the reflecting beauty of the location, giving our properties timeless character that will age like a great wine with time.

This latter aspect may not be evident when the property is new, but it becomes crucial with each passing year of property ownership. It guarantees property value appreciation in the long run, which is even more important in the wear and tear of the tropics.
