Everyone likes to think that their developments are unique. Some without qualification or justification. Liberal sprinkling of superlatives doesn't sit well with us. What makes us special?... Well, on Samui, I feel we are special as I don't think there are any similar offerings of a design luxury, lavish even, home in a very small estate of just 4 outstandingly different designs and yet blending so beautifully with what is by far the most wonderful location... What we have is well suited for a corporation, or an estate of related people, partners, friends, like minded but individual, - all buying in one development with no outsiders.
We are extremely flexible to change, or modifying layout to incorporate a function that the clients could eventually need, oversized entertainment/reception facilities, recording studio (we had such interest from recording people in LA)...
The unique of our Naissance is of course amongst the other things, the Marina. Where else on Samui can you acquire part of a stunning location, which needs to be experienced and have a mooring and marina as part of your lifestyle?
Our place, Naissance offers completely different scenery and feeling. Again this is difficult to quantify or even explain... I see it as a place for gourmands, those who appreciate the small touches and refined taste... Our product is similar to Bentley vs. Mercedes or even Toyota... Same volume - maybe... Same horsepower - yes... Similar functions and options, same comfort - probably... BUT at the same time - different, more refined, rare, stylish - thus commanding high perceived value... Whereas I feel there are very limited few Mercedes offerings on Samui, a few more, but not many Toyota offerings - only we have a Bentley product!
