Our original intent was to build nine World class villas. When we looked at what we would need to do to the landscape, the flora and fauna we decided, no. The enticement Solymar Property, the Developer to acquire the land in the first place was the extraordinary location. Why on Earth should it be developed to death as has happened at other locations around the World?

We decided along with our other stakeholders to limit the location to just four outstanding, beautiful, stylish, elegant and desirable villas the like of which has never been seen before that empathises with our Earth.
